  • I think you mentioned once or twice lol i used to weight lift but havent been out in my garage for months.... i dislike running but i do it anyway as best i can. Thank you for the information.   • OMG that's an amazing difference in just 3 months as someone who is 4 11" it's hard to carry extra weight as the smallest amount really shows so keep up the hard work it will pay off x

  • Sound like the best plan to me...... I do however keep a stock of Option hot chocolates ornly 40cals portion, these are my best friend. However I also find the hot chocolate really isnt doing it for me I have whatever it is a craving I just make sure I log it and adjust accordingly for the day. :0)
