I weight probably every 3 days or so but a lot depends on how good i have been. I always weigh first thing in the morning before breakfast and getting dressed. =)

125 does seem low.... esp if you are looking at BMI's etc. I am 5ft 7. 8 and will be more than happy with 145!

I am happy for all suggestions.... I am desperately in need of them. I have tried Sparkpeople but don't really like it. having a quick look around this site it seems to be more user friendly and the app will be invaluable..
