My local deli does this awesome taragon mustard. I love a bit of that on a hard-boiled egg on top of Wasa Rye crisps. Lovely! Thanks for the post. I'm anemic and I never knew that egg yolks are high in iron. Gotta eat more! :)

I'm no expert. But, when I sweat every day (or pretty much every day) and drink tonnes of water my skin is far clearer. I suspect eating more proteins and less carbs and sugar is also pretty good for the skin. As is getting lots of sleep. Good luck!

I just made a turkey lentil curry soup in my crockpot. Throw in a bunch of stock, about a cup of red lentils, spices you like, turkey meat if you have it, have fun. It's great. Thanks for making the post. I have lots of great new ideas now too!

Pizza for me too. If I have it, it's thin whole wheat crust and veggies only. SO not tempted by that thick cakey gooey stomach seizing stuff the rest of the world seems to love. I don't really like cake or donuts either. But, cookies, OMG, I will run 5k for two cookies. :O)

I play floor hockey at lunch twice a week. What works for me is to have a fairly generous snack at about 11:00 and then eat a light lunch (at my desk) at about 1:30/2:00.
