Okay, I also ate some slices of SUMMER SAUsAGE which is not only processed meat but has PORK in it! NOT Kosher at all for Passover~Not Kosher at all. :noway:

I'm Jewish. It's Passover. I am supposed to eat only Kosher for Passover foods and eat nothing that is "chametz". I ate tortilla chips and rice. NOT SUPPOSED TOO do that. :ohwell:

Get yourself a good pair of well fitting running shoes and GO! I run walk. I do it and I have a GIANT butt. If they don't like looking at it, too bad. I can't run more than a 1/2 mile right now without stopping to walk, but that is how you improve. Poco a Poco...little by little. I am 305 lbs! So there!

I feel impatient too, today. I am drinking a lot of water and when I was starving~I ate some protein. It helped a lot. Maybe take a walk? The endorphins and admiring the beauty of the sunset could help you see things from a different perspective. Flavored coffee is great too, with fat free half & half.

I almost died just now, from choking on all the saliva~my mouth is watering so much~just from studying the photo of your chocolate stash. Congrats that you can eat a little at a time. I would binge on it. I have to keep it out of the house!

Take Fresh chives, 1 tbsp of sundried tomato pesto cream cheese and a crushed clove of garlic & stuff it inside the breast. Use 1/2 pat butter, brown on medium , covered , until done. Squeeze the juice of one lemon and use this juice to deglaze the pan. YUM!

Set a time and stick to it. realizing that it will only take a certain amount of MINUTEs our of 24hours in a day~helps with the excuses. i am excuse queen and procrastination queen~unless I just put myself on automatic. I tell myself, good or bad, i am going to go at this time. I don't have to be perfect.

IMHO, I hink juice fasting is bad for you. I will not fast. Fasting early in my life started me on this cycle of not eating for three days and then going on binges because I was starving. Just sayin'

Try water aerobics or swimming? Perhaps the low impact will help. I understand how hard it is to get moving. I have to lose 180 pounds~Be kind and gentle with yourself. Don't give up.
