I drink mine as a snack after I work out. Honestly it doesn't fill me up. I usually just push through. I bought the EAS shakes.

I had this question too. I do the 30 day shred and that gets added in under cardio and circuit training for 20 min. You can just add in jumping jacks and each activity seperately.

I also bought the fat burning metabolism boosting DVd and have tried it too. I plan to use that one as well.

I started it yesterday and boy am I sore! I had been working out, just not with this DVD.
