oh i didnt mention my daughters were preemies they were a month early,one was 4'8 and the other was 5'1

my labor with my twins from start to finish was 5 hours,i was very lucky

my cut off time is 8pm but im usually good after dinner,im most hungry in the afternoon im guessing maybe cause im most active?

I cant deal with dirty dishes but sweep and mop weekly as well as doing the bathrooms,did i mention i hate dusting?

oh im not a huge milk drinker either which is why i take calcium supplements,but was really asking as far as i guess with cereals but not with cooking i use skim for that

my hubby says you burn more calories when you run,my problem is i cant run even when i start jogging my knees get wobbly and my ankles get weak not to mention im gasping for air

I was always underweight up until about five years ago i quit smoking and started eating to much,i used to hate eating now i think about food all the time.

yes i most definitely can see a difference in your tummy and your sides,your before pic looks a lot like how i look right now so this is encouraging for me.

Oh you cant give up,this happened to me as well,i had gained 1lb in a week but the next week when i weighed in i had lost 4lbs.Don't throw in the towel yet give it some time you can do it!

i used to hate drinking water but over the past 5 years i drink atleast 5 bottles a day

yes i am the same way,i just tell myself to get up and do it and not think about it,also i think of how i will feel at the end of the day if i dont workout which is guilt guilt guilt and then i feel as though i let myself down.I just think get up and get it done with!
