I have fibro also. The only thing that helps me is regular exersize on the elliptical and prescription Ultram. I've found I must keep my carbs between 50-75ish to keep the fibro fatigue/fog at a minimum. Its a daily struggle.

You may want to monitor your water%. I noticed when I'm low in water the body fat% goes up. When my water count is normal, the body fat % returns to my last measurement ...unless I lost weight. Then it goes down.

I work out at a sports rehab fitness center. Most of the time I'm in a lot of pain....you will never hear me complain. Or see me cry! For me, it I need to concentrate on doing it right and finishing! I'm in it for the great feeling I get when I'm done and the end results. Being Healthy! eta: typo

I love the stationary bike...especially on the alpine pass program! But I'm afriad its going to make my big thighs even bigger. Exactly!!! The cardio machines are not accurate...neither is MFP. I fill up and then I'm done. If I have a craving I dont belive in depriving myself but I have enough willpower and self control to satisfy my hunger THATS IT. I know I'm starving after cardio so I plan my daily menu accordingly. Same for my heavy lifting…

Thanks for posting....Personally I've noticed if I eat something sugary I will feel hungrier. Even if I wasnt at first. Thats why I prefer to snack on proteins and healthy fats (avocado) and avoid simple carbs. I vary my foods based on my workout. Cardio= more carbs than usual (for me), Strenth = mostly protein.
