Great topic....I've researched supplements in the past but I prefer to do it on my own w/the exception for FeoSol Iron tabs for anemia, and Fiber Gummies for the side effects of taking Iron supps.

Same here, My fibro makes my upper body (shoulders) constantly tense. I have to remember to really, really take time to warm up/cool down and stretch throughout the day.

Great post and a good reminder to stay the course. This is a journey but I find myself obsessing over the scale even though everyone else compliments my progress. Why can everyone else see it but I cant! #Frustration Guess its time to hide the scale...focus on the mirror, and take before and after pictures!

Same here! I love it at home....after a while of doing the same class you'll catch on :) I checked out a class at my gym, and no way I'm ready for that yet! Too uncoordinated/clumsy...baby steps :)

Have you thought about strength training? I'm recovering from a broken leg...badly broken *sigh* and I contribute eating a balanced diet and lifting to losing inches off my stomach, tighs and bum. I gained weight from the inactivity true enough but unless I told you... Just a thought :)

For about 3wks I havent lost anything...Stick to it anyway! Doing HIIT on the elliptical and heavy lifting *for me* is toning my body. I get compliments at the gym from people who've seen me when I first began. Ignore the scale it lies:angry:
