    We need an abbreviation glossory page - I have had to search acronyns to figure out what some of them mean, like,

    NSV - non scale victory
    C25K - couch to 5 K
    HRM - heart rate monitor (ok, I know this one was a "duh" when I looked it up)

    There were more, but I can't remember them at the moment.

    BF% = body fat percentage
    BB = BodyBugg
    BMF = BodyMedia Fit
    WW = Weight Watchers
    TOM = Time of the Month
    NROLFW = New Rules of Lifting for Women
    BMR = Basal Metabolic Rate, the amount of calories your body would burn if you were in a coma
    TDEE = Total Daily Energy Expendature, the amount of calories you actually burn day to day
    MFP = MyFitnessPal

    Hmmm...I know there's more, I made a big list of 'em one time but this place doesn't let you do a search by member so I can't find my old post. I add more if I remember 'em.
