I think your off to a good start b/c your tracking your foods. Yup! I love rotisserie chicken but the texture...can sometimes be questionable. I would add it to a salad w/crispy bacon, a lil bit of cheese, loads of dressing (for the carbs!)....Just make it a completely filling meal. I avoid grains and pasta like the plague! I love fruit so during the summer I plan to load up on watery ones like watermelon, kiwi, grapes and some berrys. I keep my proteins up w/shakes, tuna,salmon,tilapia and chicken to name a few. If I need energy b4 working out I'll stick to a bananna or avocado. :)

Not True. I always and I do mean Always ate a healthy balanced diet and exercised ...gained 20lbs taking lexapro. Switched to prozac and the weighted melted off no problem and no extra effort. The problem was prozac made me manic so I'm done w/anti depressants period!

I'm Natural almost 10 years now. I keep my hair wound up in a bun when I work out. My hair is just past mid back so loose sweaty hair is Not coo,l so no ponytail for me. After the workout I'll usually rinse w/a light conditioner and let dry in two pocahantus braids.

^^^This! I'm may drag myself to workout but when I'm done I feel great. Plus, it sets my mood for the rest of the day (usually).

My husband is a football player and has told me to use one when I'm on the treadmill or elliptical. All I know is athletes use them for intense cardio training. It seems hard core so Im scurred, lol. I'll ask him about it l8r tonight and see exactly what it does!

Yes. Even when I'm achy or just dont feel like it I try to exercise everyday in order to keep my motivation up. I do alternate my activities though.
