I am 194 right now, but I feel damn good. My smallest was 170. And I looked wonderful, Im aiming for that again. :)

Yeah me too. When I eat fried foods in particular (because I tend to stay away from them) I feel like utter garbage right after. For example, last sunday, I had schniztel for dinner--and then couldn't move off the couch all night. Was it worth it? Yes. Did my tummy hurt for next litle while, yes. Haha do I do it all time,…

that sounds delicious.

That is a lot of sugar/cream. I changed to black, but I do miss my double double.

So, I am proud to say I have cut back on my diet soda DRAMATICALLY!!. Now that being said, I have upped my coffee intake from 1 to three medium cups a day. I feel awful if I don't. Probably a caffine withdrawl in combination with a desk job. But, I drink my coffee black, so I don't worry too much about it :)

haha :) absolutely. I'm proud of these!

Last time I lost weight (65 lbs) I went down from a 38 F to the 34 F. absolutely no loss in the cup size. I put on about 50 of it back over the years. Went back to a 36 F. still not to big of a change. Depends on where you put the weight on

I prepare myself for the evil work food! I keep almonds and peanut butter, applies, bananas, even oatmeal at my desk. And if someone offers something super delicious and I am feeling really hungry...im all, I"'ll eat this apple and if that doesn't work, then perhaps i'll have some treat" but normally after the apple I am…

I log them, but I tend not to be as anal with them as I am with other foods. Like, oh I just had some spring mix, I think it was about 5 cups, i'll put that in. But the dressing I put on top, I am accurate with. I measured for a bit so I could get an idea of what was what. I am usually cooking for like 6 people--so it can…

Me too! My goal is to drop the weight so I can have a happy healthy pregnancy, also so I get that big beautiful bump! I found out I was pregnant last June, but miscarried a week or so later. I was upset, and probably put on 20 lbs from then until I decided to take it back off this January. We can do this, if not for…

Get to the 180's!

I looked great when I was in a 28 waist, medium up top. Im almost there again. 30 waist (as of this weekend! woot woot!) and a large top. I don't really mind what size though, i just don't wanna muffin top anymore!

I added you too :)

Well done and so happy to hear what it is has done for your chronic pain! I have multiple sclerosis, and I find that the lighter I am and the healthier I eat, the less likely I am to have a flareup, or when I do, I am able to bounce back quicker. And that is the BIGGEST NSV for someone with a chronic illness! Way to go!

hahah nice. I don't really think you'll be able to do that safely. I know when my cousin (who is an Olympic wrestler) needs to cut, she super dehydrates her self. But that's under medical supervision. And she can cut 10 lbs in two weeks.

too big for the f'ing boots I want to wear.

right on, I am on here every day :)

I like this :) I am down 22 lbs, and I can really tell on my frame. so have my friends.

I love the smell of the cold crisp air--just before it snows :)

Blue Jays game! haha

yup thats mee. and its delicious. The chocolate one is awesome in my smoothie. I also like Silk soy milk too. But I find the almond milk to usually be more cost effective.

I agree too. I think you should up to the higher number :)

So, as my thighs touch, the pair of jeans I love had gotten a little worn in that area. I was at the mall and saw that the same pair was on sale, they're too big on me now! So I grabbed a size smaller, and they were still two big! I went down 3 inches in my pant size. from the 33 to a 30. Same pants! it was amazing!
