I pretty much gave up looking for one in Canada. I am a 36 F. The ones I have found are like $90 and over. I actually started having my mother in law ship me some from the UK. they tend to work really well (couldn't tell you the brand). If someone has a suggestion for one I can get here, please!

Is a haltie like a gentle leader? Makes sense. Im gunna give it a try! Probably help with the nipping too. Thank you :)

Canada is getting there with the craft beer. But its one of my biggest complaints since leaving England, and one of the only reasons that my husband wants to move back. Most places here don't support the local breweries :(

sounds about right. Sometimes, I go for some bourbon. But its usually real ale. Something hoppy and craft.

This morning, I put on a a pair of boots I bought even though they didn't quiet get over my calves. Today, they slid on problem free and I wasn't sweating at the end of it. Also, I got mistaken for a thinner red head in the office from the back...soo... I was pretty stoked.

Absolutely. I also found when I started not eating as a great, I avoided the scale like it was the plague. this time, I need to make myself accountable, whilst not being obsessive.

I lost about 60 lbs before, and within 3 years put 50 of it back on. Why? I didn't really lose the weight for me. I lost the weight because I wanted to be more attractive and i was really unhappy with myself. I also did it on a very restrictive diet, which, when I look back was pretty stupid and a massive crash. It cut out…

Flax also helps aid in digestion and the sort, good fiber. I add chia and flax to my shake in the morning (get the pre ground stuff) im thinking about adding hemp seeds. They are also supposed to aid in feeling full and also aid in heart health and energy :) Im no expert or anything, but i don't really find any of them…

When I met my husband, I was my thinnest and at my fittest. Over the last couple of years, I have put on 40lbs. Never once has he made me feel less beautiful or less sexy. He is incredibly athletic, not too much into the healthy eating but he will eat whatever I cook, and enjoy it. He also exercises with me, and because he…

I'm fortunate in the sense that I lose weight pretty evenly. I am also unfortunate because I gain it the same way. I am currently down 18lbs, and as of this weekend past, I am down a size. I am hourglass shaped. But there's definitely no set number.

My diary says I eat 1200, but that's mostly a guide line for sure! I do not weigh my fruit, I kinda measure my veg and meat...and I definitely sneak a piece of cheese while I'm cooking without entering it. I think if I was really good about all that stuff, I'd probably be closer to 1500/1700. I started at 217 and am at 199…

I try not to be more then 100 cal. under. But I am quiet okay with going 200 calories over. If I am hungry I eat.

Flew half way across the world to find the love of my life, who loved me instantly despite my weight (I never though I would have the confidence to do it)--found a flat and moved to the UK after only knowing him (in person) one week. Best decision I ever made. He has now returned with me, and we've been together happily…

Try and have a baby. We have been thinking about it for a while, and I don't want to do it when I am over weight because of all the problems. I not severly over weight, but it still scares me. So When I get down to almost my goal--I wanna get fat with a baby in my belly :)

Way to go on breaking the dreaded friendzone! You look wonderful, and I am happy you finally have the confidence to make yourself happy :)

I do this too...but I still take into consideration portion sizes. But i though I was being a big cheat. haha I am 5'4 210ish pounds and I eat between 1200-1400 a day. Sometimes more if I am hungry. I am not very active. Hope to be soon! And when I am you're damn right im going to eat back m exercise calories. I haven't…

I haven't touched a scale since i started my journey three weeks ago. And its nice to not feel discouraged by it. I do measure myself though. 2 inches down last week! Woot woot! Screw scales. I obsess over the numbers.

Sounds like the most amazing grocery list ever. I might throw in some Cabernet Souv for a mix up. Oh and of course a cranberry stilton. Frick. Healthy--Apples! Love my apples, hummus, eggs, bagged salad (because im lazy), some kind of low cal cheese, chicken--and berries, whatever looks delish. Celery and Carrots, all…

NO NSV IS INSIGNIFIGANT! I meant for the caps, because I was speaking loudly. Take that victory, enjoy it! You deserve it!

haha. I like to down a glass at the water filter at work and bring one back to my desk. Finish and repeat. I probably wind up having about 20 classes of water a day. Heck yes I pee loads, but man oh man does my skin look and feel fantastic.
