I just bought some this weekend but haven't tried them out yet. I got them from Whole Foods at $1.99 a bag (2 servings). My local Kroger didn't have them but some do carry them.

Some people do something similar to this on purpose. It's called calorie cycling or calorie zig zagging. I don't think it will hurt you. The theory behind it is that it keeps your body guessing and you are less likely to get stuck in a plateau.

I can totally see the difference! And like another poster hinted at: quit hiding behind your old tshirts! You are beautiful! :)
-
I sent you a request.....I'm in the exact same boat as you.....200 lbs to lose is my goal.....and even then I wouldn't be skinny.....but a lot better off than I am now! :)

I'm always looking for a way to jazz up my chicken...I'll try this soon!

I still count it as water. It's the only way I can drink so much water now! I absolutely love the sweet tea flavor. Am I delusional and thinking I'm really drinking a McDonald's sweet tea? No, but it's not 240 calories like a large tea either!
-
I totally agree! I have no plan on ditching any of my favorite foods. I'm just learning to enjoy them in moderation!
-
12 oz Can of Coke Zero....I do love the stuff!
-
I'm here too! My goal is 180 to lose....when I get that far I might go another 20! Please add me! I love having friends with similar goals! :)

I didn't put it in the dock but it's definitely on the first screen!

I work full time and have a 3 1/2 year old. I'm totally not a morning person so there is no way I could ever get my butt out of bed at 4:00 a.m. to exercise before work! I do it after dinner usually during the week....sometime between 7:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. while my little dear is watching a show. On weekends it…

My husband tells me to stop playing on my phone and I say to him, "Dear...I'm not playing on my phone. I'm losing weight!" He's slowly coming around!
-
I'm going to have to try these!
-
I have this same one since January and it is always consistent.

My mom shared with me last night that the FDA has proposed that by 2012 all restaurants (with sone exceptions) will be required to post calorie info. Here's a news article about it. I think that's fantastic! http://www.washingtonpost.com/politics/2011/04/01/AFOxCkHC_story.html

I try not to think about the end goal because you're right....it does seem overwhelming. I just keep looking through the success stories and when I see the folks that have lost 100+ pounds, it keeps me motivated. As long as I'm seeing a steady loss, I've been able to stay on track. I lost 67 pounds in the past and I…

I love the Mio Sweet Tea water enhancer. I can't just drink plain water, but when I flavor it up with sugar free good tasting stuff, I have no problem getting it in. I've found myself regularly getting 10-14 cups a day this way.

I have this exact same scale and have found the exact same results: consistent readings! I love it so much, I even bought their kitchen food scale. I had a Taylor scale that stopped giving consistent readings after 3 years. I could step off and then back on and weigh 3 pounds different.

This is my thought exactly! So if I'm going out to eat, I refuse to get a salad knowing that I could have easily made it at home for way less calories and money!

I stopped eating pork in 2003, but that's for religious reasons. I can't say I miss it since I've been able to find turkey replacements for all my old pork favorites!

Welcome and good luck with your journey! Feel free to add me if you like. The community here is awesome!

I can totally relate to the big "E" on the scale....or in my case they always said "Err"! Like "Err....get off me!" The highest I ever was was 401...that was after I had my daughter. I weighed 287 when I got pregnant (after losing 67 pounds) and then really took "eating for two" to a whole new level! I kept on eating even…

I was shy at first too but then I figured out this was more fun with friends! Add me if you like....and congrats on the 11lbs!

You aren't alone....there is a ton of support on this site! Feel free to add me....all of my friends on here are only virtual friends as well because I couldn't get any "real life" friends to join and stick with it! But MFP friends are awesome for the motivation and support!
-
I've been using MFP faithfully since December and with the app on my phone, I have no excuse as to not keep up with it! Feel free to add me!

Welcome back Alex! Feel free to add me as a friend if you want. This journey is much better with friends!

I've recently been getting around 10 8oz servings of water. But right now I'm sick with sone head congestion and feel constantly thirsty so today I'm up to 13 cups!

I love the Arabic restaurants in Dearborn!

There is a special place in my heart for chocolate, peanut butter, and cool whip. I'll definitely try these!

I'm definitely going to try these only with chocolate protein powder. Sounds wonderful!
