I love it! The best way to do it is start with the low intensity workouts to get the basic moves, then work your way to the mid-level and high as you get the hang of it.

Trader Joe's Baked are actually pretty darn close to the real thing...

The Wii version has low-intensity versions of the songs...I would start off with low until you get the hang of it, then switch to the medium or high...I'm SOOO not coordinated and figured it out pretty quickly doing that. Buena suerte!
