Yup, sitting, walking, rolling over in bed all can be a challenge after a few figure eights and jump squats and other such fun things with the kettlebell! :)

Kettlebells = my favorite workout. I've been doing a 30 minute class at the gym recently and it kicks my butt every time. We worked out with a personal trainer for two days a week for a few months and he usually did kettlebells at least once a week. Doing them right is the key. But, oh yeah, I LOVE them!

Well, then, even better! I drove through on my way to Knoxville last weekend and I cannot believe how much it has changed. All that development along 81! It was a different world when I was there. But I still love those mountains and the charm of Abingdon and the people. Definitely awesome!

Many years ago, I taught in Washington Co. and Russell County!. What a beautiful part of the state. I am in Richmond now. Funny to see how many SWVA people are on here tonight!
