  • It's scary - I've done 5Ks before and love them. I decided to step it up a notch and signed up for a half marathon, whew! I need to get training, since I've been slacking off on my walking. It will be awesome though - get a medal, a T shirt, a bag of taters, duffel bag, and more.

  • I love DDR. I need to get back into doing that for exercise - I used to do it for 2+ hours at a time. My favorite is Extreme 2. Im pretty decent too, so it is SO good for cardio. It also works because I get into gamer mode - I HAVE to pass the song, or whatever part I am trying to do, so I keep going.
