I really adore my coffee, and I refuse to change how I take it! I have one in the morning with no fat milk and sugar, and if i find myself going out, I have a soy cappucino with one sugar. You can use plain flour in place of the almond meal, just helps bind it all together :)

I hate to bump this up again, but I would really love a little advice on this type of anxiety, whether it's from someone with a history of an eating disorder, or someone who just gets a little obsessive about things, it would really help knowing I'm not alone out here.

Cheers everyone. I don't think I've done as much damage as I thought I'd did. It's mainly the guilt of coming off the bandwagon! I'll go for a run, have a protein shake and start a-fresh. Thank you :)
