I about died when i saw that Jimmy John's totally tuna on wheat had 744 cals. I was not expecting that either!!! The things you think are lower in calories when you eat out actually aren't! It is crazy!

my daughter used our jogging stroller at about 3 months. She had a pretty strong neck and then i would just make sure to add extra support with blankets incase she fell asleep!

i ended up calling me doctor today because i noticed the metformin is causing major hunger pains..I am not having any of the normal side effects the dr said i would have such as upset stomach, diarrhea, etc. I am just starving. I am wondering if the spironolactone and metformin taken together is what is making me hungry.…

I started taking metformin on 4/23 i thought i noticed an increase in hunger but I wasn't sure. My dr put me on it for pcos to help with weight loss. I sure hope it works because i have a ton of post baby weight that i need to lose.

What an excellent idea!!! Before i gave birth to my daughter i put 500$ in savings and that is money i am going to use for clothes when i get down to my goal weight!

I am feeling sad and frustrated! I have been working hard..eating better and i have been exercising hard for the last three weeks and today when i weighed in i have gained 4 pounds. :( My only hope is that if i keep working at it eventually the scale will go down.
