yes, i have noticed the difference in brand size. and yea i wore a sized 9 in 1993. lmao.... long ago. i guess the best thing will continue to aim for my 130 pounds or so. mainly just a healthy bmi.

there are most definately foods out there that are great cold. fo me i can actually eat boiled potatoes with a dash or 2 of red pepper cold. i have found the the majority of vegetables tast just as good cold as they do warmed up. you could also roast a turkey breast of brown some chicken breast on the weekend and save it…

i agree with everyone. it is eating double portions of french fries or or other high calorie, high fat foods that you want to avoid. if you want to double up on your peas or salad and you can stay with in your calorie goal for the day....go for it.

not sure about 'Reveal', but as far as Christmas and New Year's go.... Well as one of my friends put it... We all run across bumps in the road. just try not to splurge every day. Did you talk to your Dr about the Reveal?
