Thanks everyone for the input. i have a whey protien mix but i dont like the taste, so trying to find something else so i dont have the same thing every day. I have a 7 year old.. the chocolate milk sounds great but he and i will fight for it...lol

i have always read you should eat with in about 2 hours after you wake up to kick start your metabolism. and you should not eat less than 2 hrs before bed time.
