Happy New Year!

I joined a week ago and so far I like this site a lot. It is very user friendly and very easy to update especially via my phone.
My goal is to increase my fitness level and lose 1 inch or around 5lbs.
I think the food diary will help the most since I sometimes don't pay attention to what eat knowing I normally follow a pretty consistent workout routine. That's no excuse so this will give me a easy way to become aware.
