I was thinking about getting one of those Nike+ bands. They track how much you walk, and how much activity you need to do based on your goals. it's like a usb so you can upload your stuff. really neat.

Sounds good (: I normally don't count it but I was curious today to find out how much roughly I do burn, it was crazy to see how much haha. I only counted half the time I was there (because I'm not CONSTANTLY moving) and it was over 1000. and I only had it set to about 3mph about a moderate walk. I was surprised ;P

I meant eating a small piece of a craving on days that you're not feeling like your going to binge. (if that makes sense) I know when I binge it's because I spend all week craving something until I finally give in. If you eat a small piece of whatever you're craving instead of letting it build, it tends to subside easily

Soda, Alcohol more than just special occasions, fast food, Fried foods (like chicken), and a whole carton of icecream. These are all yummy delicious things, but to loose weight, I wouldn't suggest them :P

You're not alone in this. I was having a hard time getting to 1200 even. The tip is to add healthy items that are higher in calories, like natural peanut butter, whole wheat bread, avocados, beans and nuts.
