I'm going to have to agree here. I didn't really want to post on this thread but I just gotta say while I do see your point that this could be worked off, to put a number on a "binge" is ridiculous. In my eyes if a person considers X amount of calories a binge it's a binge in the world of ED's. ~cheers ladies

I'm gonna go crazy in the mall! new awesome shorts, clothes to work out in, little black dress, bikini. etc Gonna get my hair styled and coloured :) have a photoshoot done with my friend who is also trying to get in shape. Also gonna keep it off and head towards another fitness goal! :)

when she's seeing those kind of results its gonna be pretty hard to convince her otherwise but she will hit a plateau quicker than your average person who is consuming more. In my mind I think if you incorperated some weight lifting and high impact cardio I thin you'd be on the right track. You weight may not change much but your measurements will and with the weights it will make you body look more lean.

When you doing that ever so slightly bend your knee this will lower your center of gravity a bit and will help stability also tighten your core or imagine your belly button to your spine. I love them! I have at least 3 a day! to show my muscles some love! Plus it well help them in recovery from a workout so they grow strong and lean :)

increase to where you can get 10-12 reps (last 3 reps you should feel the burn) in and then stick with that and once you find that easy you go up :)

At first I thought 1200 was alot because I was a chronic UNDER eater which was not healthy and I joined this site to help relearn how to eat properly. I've been doing well on 1200 but I've been feeling hungry even with that now So i actually just upped my calories by 100 to see what happens :)

Don't only switch up your exercise routine but increase the intenisty! If your doing more cardio do more weights. If your doing weights do more cardio. Try switching up calorie intakes day to day but keep balanced at the end of the week! Example) like 1200 one day 1500 the next keep your body guessing. Keep drinking water,…

im 5'3 and right now I'm at 1200 calories but I'm sure as I gain more muscle that will slowly go up! lol
