Quick question
So when i first started to work out, it took me quite a while to work up a sweat and I would put my all into it. Now about 4 weeks in i can conjure up a sweat real fast. Theories as to why? Is my body just getting better at expelling heat or maybe increased metabolism :D ??

Going over daily protien goal?
It seems that I'm easily going over my protien goal, but that's because I tend to eat chicken, greek yogurt, and protien shakes alot (because i have one in the morning every moring and even post work out later in the day) and some other foods as well. Is this ok or...?

Daily caloric intake
So i'm a student stuck in a desk all day but try to get in at least an hour of strength or cardio a day. But the thing I'm struggling with is meeting my daiily caloric intake number. I'm finding I usually eat about 1000 and my goal is about 1500 but im satisfied and full with just 1000. What would you suggest?
