Ideally I have about 20lbs to lose still I don't have a way of measuring my body fat id say ball park 20-25percent. So just wondering what are some things I can do with everything to get the ball rolling again

DO NOT go under your resting metabolic rate! RMR is the minimum amount of calories your body needs to function. If you were to go into a coma today that is what the doctors would give you.

while the op is a troll in my opinon I also learned in school that fat is the last thing the body wants to break down since its more complicated than breaking down a carb. But at night...no your body does not burn stored fat...

Basically what its saying You are eating too few calories to facilitate the energy you body needs to run. Therefore to protect its self your body will lower its metabolism and this makes it harder for you to lose weight.

I think is ok to have at least once a day. If you like it and want to invest in it ( regardless...of the business model). However no more than that to what I've seen it is a bit higher on the carb side and I love my quinoa ;) so I like to save my carbs for the day for that. But other wise I don't see a problem with it.

I truly believe in lifting heavy I have been working on increasing my weights for my upper limbs especially my triceps and I can say that I'm slowly seeing results :)
