    I can never read about starvation mode/ not enough calories enough!! It is soooooo rewarding to know that you need to *and* should countinuously fill your body (with the good stuff). I have lost 20 Lbs in the last 9months or so, and NEVER felt hungry! Thank you for sharing!! Haha, now I will just work on mot making this an excuse to midlessly eat at night when I have excess calories :)
