What's your weight and body fat? Do you need to lose more? When you hit a point where your body has a very low amount of fat (and if you're lifting, you can have a lot of WEIGHT and not very much FAT because you're all muscle) you can almost starve yourself and not lose because your body holds onto every calorie it can glom onto to keep you alive.

If you're not losing anymore then it's gonna come down to eating. Try tracking for at least a week.

Ideally I have about 20lbs to lose still I don't have a way of measuring my body fat id say ball park 20-25percent.
So just wondering what are some things I can do with everything to get the ball rolling again

Set your account to maintain for 1-2 weeks and stop exercising. After that time frame, come back and set your account to 1/2 lb per week.

Also, if you have tried to up calories or decrease calories, it's probably not long enough or you didn't up calories enough. And if your body fat is that low, than losing 20 lbs will not be possible. Concentrate on fat loss. Do 3 days of heavy weight training and a few days of cardio (HIIT) if you can. And stop watching the scale, look at your clothes and how they fit.

This, increase your calories (by 200 or 250) and see what happens for 4-6 weeks.
