Opinions and some insight

So I'm just going to state that I have finally got a steady/ reliable internet connection so the only complete day I have logged for a long time is yesterday and well somewhat today until I'm done but I'm just wondering what some people think and maybe some insight would be helpful.

1. Diet

I recalculated my BMR and its at 1450. So i've rounded my calories to 1500. I do my exersise and even after that it seems I can only net 1200. I tried to net above that a couple of times and I feel so full that I feel sick.

And today is a bit of an off day I ran out of protein powder which is religiously part of my diet 2x a day. Grabbing some tomorrow!

is this ok? or not I need some opinions.

2. Training.

I am doing Body Beast program and Im liking it so far it's strictly a weight training program you can do at home. I've also decided to incorperate 15 mins of HIIT everyday except on the cardio day of the program because I do have a high bf% The program has 1 rest day.

How is this sounding?

3. Goals

I have lost 28 lbs so far with roughly 37 to go for my first goal.
My goal is to lose this in 6 months and then get rid of the last 10 in time for summer of next year..

I feel that this is a realistic goal and I''m giving myself ample time. Opinons?
