Yes, I can tell. :) I just cannot believe what is coming out of some of their mouths! I would never be that way to someone. I guess it is easy for them to hide behind a computer and say certain things. It really ruins it for those that are seriously looking for help!

I L.O.V.E. the weight room! In fact, I miss it. I used to be a power lifter. Of course, my shoulders are tore up because I was thin back then and lifted a lot of weight. I started boxing and that has improved my shoulder (not grinding so much). Lifting is very enjoyable for me and a great stress reliever.

No, the nutritionist has not given me insight as to why I am gaining and not loosing. He does not understand it either. He stated he could provide me with a different plan, but I chose not to do so. I already felt like I wasted my money to begin with.

Thanks for your advice! I do not keep track of my caloric intake because I was eating this every day for every meal. I was allowed a "cheat" day of 45 minutes each Saturday.
