Gee, it has been awhile since I have logged on. I go for a weigh in today and have not lost any more weight :indifferent: but with that said I have not gained any! Time to get serious again. Summer company is gone. Meals will be more streamlined. Exercise back to a daily basis. B

Have you tried Yoga...I use Jillian Michaels Powerhouse Meltdown Yoga....I enjoy it and had never done Yoga before and you lose weight as well. I use Gin Miller's kettlebell workout....I really like it and she has a great voice, not like some of the workout DVD's that can drive me crazy.

I use GNC Lean Shake, Rich Chocolate. You are supposed to mix it with water but I mix mine with 1% milk and Activia Strawberry yogurt. I only use it when I am rushed for time and can't cook my usual breakfast. I find that it is the best tasting, lots of protein and fiber and it keeps me full for hours.

I incorporated my 2 glass of red wine, (and not small glasses mind you because I love my wine) in my calorie count, Not stopping wine I have still lost 7/8 pounds in 5 weeks. I have increased my exercise and basically eat 1200 - 1400 calories a day.

I just started Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred Week 1....I also rotate between Gin Miller's Kettlebell Workout and Jillian's Yoga Meltdown.

I try to post something every few days. Just did not seem to be getting any response. We had no candy or big meals but had a great day. Worked out with Jillian Michaels 30-Day Shred for the first time. It was good!

Ask yourself what happened to make this place not exist in your life anymore and make a mental note of that. Did this attribute to you not focusing on yourself and your weight loss goals? You need to "book" your time on here as you would any other appointment you would make. It is so hard to get motivated yet alone…

I am 5' 9" and I felt my best at 155 - 160, which is my goal now. Right now I am fluctuating around 176 - 178 and feel very uncomfortable since a lot of it is in my abs to thighs.
