Calorie Counters Frustration!
I am on my third HRM/Calorie Counter and am frustrated with all of them. I had a watch that I used for 2 years and it broke and I thought it was pretty close to accurate. I then bought the Jawbone up, used it for two weeks, and returned it because of issues with it not syncing, reminder not working, not going into…

Jawbone UP
I am really stuck if I am using this correctly. Not sure if it really is reading my activity/calorie burn correctly.

Beating myself up
I am beating myself up because I just am not staying focused on my weight loss, even with my growing muffin top! I can't figure out why I have become so lazy. Maybe it is the fact that winter has set in. Maybe it's because I have been so focused on the home improvements we have been doing. All I know is that I have gained…

Facial skin
With losing 40 pounds my facial skin is "sagging" and wrinkles are more prominent. Doctor said it is due to being over 40 and having "mileage". Has anyone experienced this and if so, what have you done or think about doing for this issue? :embarassed:

Those last 10 lbs.
It is so hard losing these last 10 lbs.!!! Plus, I keep asking myself why don't you feel you have lost weight, 22 lbs. since MFP and a total of 38. I certainly know I have, but as long as I have a belly, I am going to feel/see that I am still overweight. I also don't feel as firm as I would like to. My arms look great, my…

Help w/calorie burn
I really struggle with reaching out on here because the last time I did, some people were not very supportive, but I am going to give it a try again. I am not burning as many calories as I have done in the past. Is it because I have lost a total of 32 lbs and need to change up my workouts? My food intake is 1200 calories,…

Losing but not firming
I am right on target with my weight loss, but I don't see that I am firming. I am working out to 30-Day Shred and Powerhouse Yoga with JM as well. Any suggestions on how I can start firming up?

Obstacles
What obstacles have you faced during your weight loss journey? Is it making time to exercise? Is it meal planning? Or how about getting support from family? For me it was making excuses to find time to exercise and meal planning. I kept telling myself that I didn't have another minute of time to add something else to my…

Holding steady
I seem to be holding steady at 174. Not really worried about because I am pretty sure I am losing inches. At work yesterday someone brought in donuts, and though I was tempted, actually salivating, for one (or two), I did not give in to the temptation! Yeah me as they are a great food weakness.

Eating too late
Because of my hectic schedule I find that I eat too late in the evening. I am worried that this might add pounds. Your thoughts?
