Thanks all! I got a trainer. I track my calories. I hit the gym 4x a week to do cardio and strength. I truly believe anyone can do it.

I love my Fit Bit Scale. It is a bit pricey... but I enjoy it because it syncs to all my apps.

Thanks everyone! Well I am doing well with calories/diet. I hired a Personal Trainer twice a week, and I am doing cardio on days off from that. I think I am standing taller and more proud because I feel better in general. Guess it will come.

Ok next question people. I made it twice today and danced my heart out @ameedancey hahah it was pure enjoyment. But I am eatin 1200 calories and I am gaining weight... WTH?

Thanks I was wondering how many classes teachers would teach in a day! I just love it... but I have all of September off and so I was thinking of doing Zumba daily a long with some step classes or arms!

I have been sticking to 1200 calories a day and not feeling hungry. I've increased my water.

Oh also do a different workout and yes switch the oatmeal up. Even if you do gain a lb it will help you overcome the plateau. I gained 3 but quickly lost it again...

Substitute the junk for cucumbers vs chips, cherry tomatoes, etc.

When your young sodium isn't a huge issue? I would not eat them every meal, but once a day at most. I find them useful since I am a University student and typically do not have the time to prepare exquisite meals.

Amen! I am right there with you. I am graduating University and trying to shed some pounds and live healthier. So far I have lost 9 lbs using this app and increasing my activity. You go girl!!!

I swim 5x a week in the mornings. It is great to tone up, but I also hit the gym 5 times a week.
