Definitely eat all your exercise calories back. If you are keeping track, eating 'clean' food and exercising regularly the pounds will drop off. Lots of fruits and veggies, fish and chicken and drink lots of water! Good luck!

We eat oatmeal every morning. It's the stove-top stuff and we each eat about 2 cups cooked. We eat it with 1/4 cup of berries, 1/2 cup almond milk and a bit of slivered almonds and pumpkin seeds.

ha ha...glad we cleared up how tall you are. You look awesome! Good job

Great advice so far. Also, lose the wheat and processed foods. If it comes out of a box or a can...DON'T EAT IT!!

Ok, 10 dates over 3 months...is he really worth it? Go with your gut, it's probably your instinct screaming at you to run far, far away!!

I smoked for almost 30 years (started when I was 13...UGH) and used Champix. It will be 3 years this October and I've never looked back. I do have cravings once in while but nothing like I used to get when I would use the patch or just quit cold turkey. Best thing I ever did :)

I'm on holidays and reading these responses has reinforced why I don't want to go back to work!!! I do have one to add though.... We have one bathroom for the ladies and one bathroom for the guys. Not the stall types, just one bathroom that opens into the main hallway and does not have a fan. I understand that sometimes…

Great job! You look amazing and are such an inspiration to all of us!!!

I prefer Greek yogurt. I like it with some unsweetened applesauce and topped with fibre one cereal for a mid morning snack.

I work 25.5 hours/week plus I tutor one night a week. I think 50-60 hours/week is crazy and doesn't leave you any time, energy or spirit for yourself. What company works their employees that many hours? Personally I don't think a company values their employees if that is their 'norm'. Just sayin'.
