I usually just season my meat with salt and pepper or a spice mix. Not a huge fan of marinades.

Your body fat is lower than essential fat for women, and your doctor was not concerned? You need a new doctor...

I think the quote is fine. I love fried chicken, but I don't love it enough to eat a huge quantity of it (and gain weight).

It's hard but it is doable. Here is an example: Breakfast: Egg white omelet: 100g egg white 2 oz ham 6 oz mushroom 1 slice Fat free American cheese 5g butter/4g olive oil =242 Cal, 7.6g fat, 10.6g carb, 28g protein Lunch: Chicken and broccoli 200g raw chicken breast 200g broccoli 7g garlic 5g Olive oil 10g soy sauce 5 g…

I like to make dinner rolls when hubby has a bread craving. Taste way better than store bought bread.

Yes your muscle is repairing itself by retaining water, and you should lose it in a few weeks. Congratz on all the weight you have lost so far!
-
Wow! Congratulations! That's awesome!

1.248kcal is nothing, it's 0.312g of sugar. When we say calories, we are referring to kcal or Cal...

Now I want to make some pasta...

I highly suggest watching some videos on how to squat properly. Your form is for sure off.

I am counting calories/cooking for my husband. What I would do is before I cook anything, I would weight all the raw ingreients and write them in my recipe builder. After I finish, I would weight the finished product and divide them up. You are going to be surprised how hard it is to make a filling, yummy, and low calorie…

Our blood donor center has weight requirement of 115lbs. I usually just eat a full meal and drink a glass of water before I go to make sure I can reach the weight requirement. I used to have an iron problem when I donated every 2 months, then I switched to every 3-4 months and I'm ok.

I really don't think it's a big deal. Try not to overthink.

Try a day with low sodium and see although I feel you are being silly.

My hubby had it, then the doctor gave him a knee brace and he's feeling all better.

Anyway......yes use the recipe builder! You can enter all your food by the weight before you start cooking then divide them up(or eat the whole thing)! Here is my omelet: although some looks like they are in volume, but I did use a food scale to weight them in grams and chose the ones that match:

A lot times a new work out routine make us retain water. DH didn't lose any weight in 2/3 weeks (logging everything, using a food scale), then he dropped 5lbs in a few days and has been dropping steady since. I'm not saying that's what is happening to you, but it does happen. Here is one of the reasons I always use a food…

I like to make a batch of flavored oil (like garlic oil) and use it in stir fry.

Pretty sure you have to eat a lot more if you are breast feeding.

The title is misleading. I was thinking multivitamin, fish oil, glucosamine, creatine, and protein powder...
-
I don't know if you are getting enough protein since you don't eat meat or dairy.
-
It's a teaspoon of syrup, it's going to be fine.
-
I find creatine makes me less sore the next day.

Wait...dress size can be really different from pants size depending on your body type. I'm a pant size 0, but I'm a dress size 4. I would not be able to breathe in a smaller size. Then again, I properly worry too much since no one knows your body type better than you.
-
I don't see why not. It can help you reach protein goal faster.
-
I think your food looks awesome and I would eat all of that, but I have no doubt it's a lot more than 1200Cal. Without a food scale, we tend to log food that's on the lower side of the calories without knowing it (I've done it). My husband is trying to lose weight, and I can only afford a teaspoon of oil a day when I cook…

They are like a cross between chicken and fish.
-
I'm pretty sure she meant a cup of warm water with a spoon full or two of honey.
-
How on earth did you gain weight in the first place if 1200cal makes you sick? I don't get it. Sorry if it's harsh.
-
Umm...hard for me to to believe you are eating too much when you have no energy. Are you hitting your macros (eat a good balance of carb, protein, and fat)?
