I'm in. 100 miles in October!!!

Friday is my weigh in day also. Down 2.2 #s this week. I have been very diligent in walking 5 miles a day this week. And it paid off!!!!

I want to join!! I usually walk 2 miles at 6 a.m. then 1 1/2 miles at noon and 1 1/2 miles around 7 p.m. for a total of 5 miles a day. (5 days a week) I will start with Sept 10- 5 miles

I am also a Friday weigher. This week I lost 2.4 lbs. That makes me 53 lbs down.:drinker:

someone told me about a lady on you tube that does face yoga. these are exercises for the face and double chin. i have been doing this face yoga and i do not have a chin gobble (flapping double chin). look for the lady with blond hair on you tube. hope this helps!!
