Workday Lunch

I am looking for a lunch that I can bring to work and will keep me somewhat full, but not break the caloric bank. Any suggestions?

    Grilled leftovers....I had grilled pork chop and skewered grilled vegetables from last night. Very low cal!

    Black bean burgers. Make them ahead of time. So easy, so healthy and so filling. Eat them in lettuce wraps, with tomatoes, cucumbers and a tiny slice of cheese (if you do dairy). Fruit for dessert.

    Steamed cauliflower, hard boiled egg, and Chobani Greek yogurt for 275 calories! :)

    I had a different but filling lunch today. A mix of breakfast and dinner, but call it lunch.

    Scrambled 3 egg whites and added sauteed squash, zucchini and onion and added 1/4 cup of feta cheese. Ate with a piece of sandwich thin bread with grape tomatoes on the side.

    Whole thing was 243 cal, 17 carbs, 11 fat but good from oil and 21 Protein and 5 fiber. Enjoy,

    Homemade - Sauteed Squash, Zucchini & Onion W/Olive Oil, 0.25 cup cooked
    Athenos - Traditional Crumbled Feta Cheese, 1/4 cup (34g)
    Generic - 1 Scrambled Egg White, 3 egg white
    Arnold's Whole Wheat Sandwich Thins Flax and Fiber - 100 Calorie Sandwich Wheat Rounds, 0.5 roll
    Generic - Grape Tomatoes -Average Size, 8 tomatoes

    2 slices Sara Lee 100% multi grain bread (toasted)

    Less than 300 calories-also very healthy

    This was my lunch today.

    Salad = romaine lettuce mix & large cucumber = 65 cal
    Soup = Progresso light Italian vegetable = 180 cal
    Yogurt = 70 cal
