Sleep better. Even more cold than before. Not overheating and getting heat induced migraines in the summer heat. Feet, knees and hips don't hurt all the time. Stairs are way easier. I actually enjoy exercise. Less laundry (half the material = half the amount of laundry) Bath towels actually cover my body now. Seeming…

I have also gained weight. I am just over 2 1/2 years out. I started gaining slowly about 1 1/2 years out. I relaxed my eating and started snacking and eating more junk food again. Before I knew it I was about 12 pounds above my lowest weight. I wasn't at "goal" but I was comfortable at my lowest and basically decided that…

You just have to get past the mental block that is holding you back. I did water aerobics at my heaviest (325 pounds) and loved it. Yes I was one of the biggest people there for the class and yes once I got over myself and my over thinking, I really enjoyed the class and started doing it 3 times a week. I didn't lose…

I would just throw a loose wicking tank or thin cotton tank (loose not ribbed) over the sports bra and go. But then I don't have a "runner's" body so I wouldn't be comfortable running in just shorts and a sports bra.

I'm a 38DD. I do kickboxing so I need a good supportive bra. I like the Glamorise Double Layer Wirefree sports bra the best with the Glamorise No Bounce Cami Bra a close second. I have had a couple Champion sports bras (the good ones with formed cups) that lasted fairly well, but the last ones I ordered, they had changed…

I would so love to have my arms, inner thighs and stomach done. A breast lift and butt lift would be great too, but my arms, legs and stomach are the worst. I have horrible bat wings, my stomach looks like I have a deflated tire just above my waist and upper thighs are saggy and hanging. I look pretty good with clothes on…

Joop Cool Water But every fragrance smells a little different on different people depending on body chemistry. I like these on my guy though.

Maybe your are just needing something savory. I know when I was on my liquids both pre-op and post-op I enjoyed warm beef or veggie broth and hot tea. I was more like having something real than other cold or room temp liquids.

1 scoop of Vanilla protein powder 1 can Diet Orange Crush (or Diet Sunkist) ice cubes Blend until ice is all crushed and shake is desired consistency and enjoy. :) Yeah realy nothing more than an orange flavored protein shake but works great for my low-carb plan.

Easy high protein meals lunches can include ham or turkey with cheese on a low carb wrap, salads with grilled chicken and cheese, homemade chef's salads with ham, turkey, cheese, and egg, cottage cheese with fruit. Great portable high protein snacks include cheese sticks, nuts, turkey pepperoni, pork rinds.

^^^^THIS! And if she doesn't want to do the chores during her "free time" while the baby sleeps then she can do them in the evening while you spend time with the baby. Don't forget about spending time as a couple too though. You two still need that time to talk, snuggle, watch a movie, be intimate, etc. and sounds like you…

I'm the same way as far as having a hard time stomaching food first thing in the morning. I generally have to wait a couple hours before I eat so I pack a low carb wrap with ham and cheese or turkey and cheese and eat after I arrive at work. I hardly ever eat breakfast foods. Here are some other things I eat that are high…

Hi! I had my sleeve done in November 2011. I was 5' 5" and 325 lbs. My health was bad (high blood pressure, high cholesterol, bad knees, sugar creeping up on me, etc.) I have had very good success with my sleeve. My best advice is to remember it's only a tool and must be combined with diet and exercise to get the weight…

Crockpot buffalo chicken: 3 lb bag of skinless, boneless chicken breasts and 1 large bottle of Frank's Buffalo Sauce. Thats all you need. Put the chicken in the crockpot and pour half the bottle of sauce over the chicken. Cook on high for about 6 hrs or low for 8+. I drain most of the juices, shred the chicken and pour the…

^^^This! And I normally wear cotton boy shorts under workout clothes so I don't experience any sliding down if I'm wearing a slick material. lol Not real fond of literally showing my *kitten*.

Ha! I've fell off the wagon, been ran over by the wagon, yet still managed to pick myself up and get back on the wagon. I got really sloppy with my diet and working out during the winter and just started eating whatever I wanted again and totally stopped exercising. Yeah bad idea! At the beginning of May I had gained 22…

Since I not have experienced the non-recommendation myself, I don't know how that feels, but I do know that surgery is just a tool to lose the weight. It doesn't fix the brain so it can't take away the cravings or eating your feelings, etc. These things you have to learn to deal with in order to be successful with or…

The EAS RTD shakes are tolerable as are Pure Protein RTD shakes. Both available at Walmart or most supermarkets. As for the deodorant issue, I went through this at one point after surgery too. I was washing my underarms two or three times a day and reapplying deodorant. I switched brands several times, but it didn't seem…

Just one so far. I got it when I was at my lowest weight last year (so after a huge weight loss). I have wanted more from that moment on. They are addictive but gotta have the funds to get them. Right now working to get back to my lowest weight again. May reward myself with either another tat or a piercing.

I'm a smarta$$ so I'd say "so I've lost 20 pounds in 3 months, so how much have you lost?" and give them a big smile. That should shut them up. Since I'm sure it's not the people that are losing weight themselves that are making the comments.

Loose comfy clothes, slip on shoes, socks and robe for walking in the hallway, cell phone (although I couldn't see it after surgery - side effect of the morphine), kindle to read or listen to music on, chargers for cell phone and kindle, toothbrush, toothpaste hairbrush, chapstick and a pillow to put over stomach on the…

On the vitamins, I take Centrum adult chewables with iron. I tolerate them way better than any bariatric vitamins (I throw them up) and they are 10 bucks for 100 (50 day supply at 2 per day which is what my nutritionist recommended for me). You can do children's liquid tylenol or children's chewables if you can't tolerate…

A couple years ago I was 325 pounds. I love kickboxing. I am smart and am known to be a smartass. I love my feet (cute painted nails, toes rings, ankle tat, the whole bit)lol although most days you can't even see my feet for the lovely safety shoes I have to wear at work. I am a big flirt. I love to talk and will talk…

I think it all depends on the surgeon on how long they want you to do shakes. My surgeon didn't want me to drink shakes on a daily basis after 2 months post-op. He wanted me to eat my nutrition, not drink it. On the other hand, my friend used a different surgeon and he advises patients to continue drinking at least one…

On sandwiches I use spicy brown mustard. For mayo based tuna salad and the like, I use either light mayo or light miracle whip and use either sparingly.
