  • I do that too. I LOVE berries and the apparently have a very low GI so they don't spike your blood sugar as much as other fruit like figs etc. Good for fiber too!

  • I'm not :) But I think if you join front runners or running room you can find some good buddies! I've done the marathon once before and the half as well as the 8 K. Great route! Good luck!
