I live in WV too. We live in the city, but we hear the coyotes all the time at night and in the early morning. I've seen black bears, but never a bob cat. I remember when you never even heard of a coyote in WV. Now, they are all too common.

I gain 4-5 lbs. when I'm on my period. It goes away as soon as I'm off, but it definitely happens to me too.

I would consider increasing your calories. I tried 1200 calories and it just wasn't enough. I felt hungry and it would make me want to binge. When I increased my calories to 1500 I was always satisfied and I still lose 1-2 pounds a week.

I absolutely noticed this with myself. Anytime I go below 1500 calories it's like my body goes haywire. I start to feel the need to binge, etc. As long as I keep it at 1500 and eat back only half to none of my exercise calories my body is good. I am losing a pound and a half a week by keeping myself at 1500.

The thing I remind myself of often is, "this time next year you'll wish you would have stuck to this." It helps me to remember that if I do nothing, then come next year I will wish I would have kept at it because I would have been at goal.

Being anemic (iron deficiency) can cause you to bruise easily.

Pink Princess my boys have very dry skin as well and I HIGHLY recommend putting coconut oil on your face every night. It helped my boys skin in a matter of a couple of days.

This is going to sound so simple, but I struggle with finding the motivation to go to the gym as well. What has helped me is getting a playlist of my absolute most upbeat, favorite songs and listening to them as I work out. I know it sounds simple, but it really does work for me. I'd say if you don't have loose skin after what you have already lost then you probably won't get it since you only have 29 more pounds to lose. :))

OMG...I used to do this all the time when I was a kid. I would take a cup of sugar and just pour it in my mouth and suck on it and eat it. I agree with you about being angry at how calorie dense pasta is. Before I measured my food I must have eaten hundreds of calories worth of pasta. Have you been checked for sleep apnea? That can cause a lot of issues with waking up at night, being tired during the day, etc. Other than that, I recommend you eat a good breakfast with complex carbs and protein. And, as hard as it is exercise. It helps to build endurance as well as give you an energy boast. Good luck!

I have Fat2Fit. They have some awesome podcasts on there that I like to listen to that gives motivation and tips. Also, I LOVE Pandora. I have my Pandora account with a station called "Black Eyed Peas Station" it has really upbeat exercise music!
