This also doesn't exactly say that it causes cancer, just that it is now more likely according to their research, or a higher risk is associated with higher consumption of those meats. And no mention of other diet or lifestyle factors...but of course people will just say they cause cancer

I am also trying to shed a bit of belly fat as I am relatively skinny. Based on what I've read I'd say the advice to add more strength training, and I'd also say add an ab/core day - that may do the trick.

I've read this article before, it's talking about sugar added to milk...which none of the regular milks have whether they're full fat or non fat. Sugar is still 12 g each. Yeah maybe you could go do an extra hard workout after you feel physical better to relieve the anguish. Also, I ate way off of keto last night so you're not the only one. I don't feel bad though I'm just pissed they smothered my meat in sugary teriyaki sauce lol.

Caffeine in general makes my arm pits sweaty I think it revs up the nervous system or something. But you sound like a regular coffee drinker so you would know if it was just the coffee doing that. I've had a bunch of BPC and not had that experience that's any different from my regular pit sweat lol.
