  • Carrot sticks, unsweetened applesauce, green beans, olives (in moderation) are all relatively cheap snacks. The important thing for me was recording everything because it made me think before taking the bite, "What will this do to my numbers for the rest of the day?"
  • I think Tap&Track might offer that. It's what I used before MyFitnessPal. I switched because there was no way to enter data except on the phone (I do better with a full-size keyboard) and because mfp's database is better because everyone can contribute!
