Thank you !!! The high ones do work good on me, I think I thought cause they are tight but fit , doesn't mean when working out they "fit" lol #firstworldgymproblems !!! lol

Do the Keto diet and stick to it. Its not for long term, but, people have fast results on that :smile:

thanks, so the one pair that stayed was from Old Navy lol, so, from now on, I think I will make sure I get more "high waist" ones for sure !! Thanks !!!!!

How long did you have it for ? I have only had mine for 2 weeks and the battery last like 2 days and doesn't seem to log or notice that I have done exercise.

Would love to get more information about this and what it actually is. I follow a couple of pages on IG and they all go back to this, but I can't really figure it out.. Is it just like an "atkins" diet. tells you what to eat when.. and I should also ask " care to share the guide"

I had the same issue. I use the Nike Run app (free). You put your weight in and after a work out it tells your calories. It does map your route and talks to you and tells you your "fast" pace and "slow" pace, so it can tell when you are running and walking. The only thing I dislike about it, it can't tell when you are…

I don't miss a workout if I am sore. I try to stretch more and that night, I will take a hot bubble bath with some Epsom salts =) works wonders !

I would go on Pinterest. there are millions of little workout you can pick from that can take anywhere from 5 minutes to whatever amount of time you have. and I agree with the Instagram. I follow "howtoburncalories" they have some cool videos, some of which actually include using baby =)

I had two Reese's peanut butter cups by 10 am yesterday. Eat whatever you want, whenever you want, just log it =)

The wraps at KFC are REALLY good and under 300 calories and was nice and filling !!! or even a wrap from McDonalds will be fine as well. or there is always "Healthy" subway

Glad to see this isn't only the gym I go to lol !!! If I see someone who is seriously, just texting and I want the machine, I go up to them and ask how many more sets and depending on the answer, work in with them. I don't have time to wait an extra 15-20 minutes cause you need to text and or be on facebook !
