More definition comes from lifting.. Go up in weight and switch up your exercises.

Monday to Friday mornings = weights With Monday to Friday Cardio at lunch and weekends I usually do a spin class or take a LONG run/ walk/ stairs around the River Valley =)

I have a morning smoothie and most days I am fine until my pre-gym banana.. Spinach, cup of strawberries and banana, yogurt and almond milk.

Go to Pinterest.. Type in what you will eat and it will populate a bunch of stuff for you with only those ingredients. I do that when I don't know what to make and its near the end of the week and the fridge is getting empty.

THEY ARE DELICIOUS !!! I have one every morning, its a nice treat, plus you get your fiber! Also popcorn is good as well as sun flower seeds are my go to treats. Ice Cream once in awhile..

The Pineapple Juice probably has a lot of sugar, what about doing almond milk or even water. I make mine every morning. 1 cup banana and strawberry blend, big handful of spinach a yogurt and almond milk. and now I add protein powder as well. without the protein its about a 200 calorie meal. I do weight training in the morning, and then cardio at lunch. and with me really watching what I'm eating and counting everything, I am down 9 pounds, which is huge for me !!!!

You can change your counter... This happened to me, I was at the lake and had little signal and so it didn't sync, so when I got back to town, I just changed it.. I logged in, not my fault it didn't properly sync !! don't lose out !!

I try to increase every Monday... Some times its a little harder cause I would out alone.. no spotter... but I do increase.... I think it was more of a bored, working out alone more than anything lol

I lasted one day.. I ate all day worked out and was only around like 700 calories, I felt so dizzy and sick. Wasn't worth feeling like that lol... You need more than just Fruits and Veggies for sure.

Thanks guys; I like to work on in the morning on an emety stomach as well and I plan to.shower at the gym and straight to work so I like the ice pack idea. I'm only worried cause it has yogart in it lol and I'm weird like that it can't be warm or room temp lol

I love cheese and when I went and saw my nutritionist, she said there is nothing wrong with eating cheese !!! EAT IT UP !!!!!!!

You can add me as well, I'm 27 and sit at a desk for 8 hours, some times up to 12-13 if I work a double..
