I'm not a trainer or anything just someone like you who thinks your doing a great job and someone such as myself just starting out can look up to what you have done and can be inspired by it. Please don't give up they have told me that sometimes it's not always best to look at the scales. Judy

Can you cook up a bunch of it and leave it in the fridge and dip out what you need for the day? If so how long can it stay in the fridge?

lol Im not laughing at you just with you because this is my second day and I was just the same way yesterday fed up wondering how I can ever keep this up, but as you see Im still here and I have about 100 lbs to lose so if I can stick it out so can you so come on lets do this.
