Sorry, just saw this. Not sure about the hybrid. I think it is a mixture of p90x and Insanity. I hear that you should do both plans then the hybrid. p90x then Insanity then the hybrid Insanity. I haven't had the chance to do p90x, but now that I finished Insanity I am doing it again but mixing in my own strength training.…

Love Insanity! I am on my second round of it. The schedule is 6 days a week for 2 months. Make sure you drink a minimum 8 glasses of water per day (64oz). The second month you'll burn 700 to 1000. Its is insane, and so worth it!
