You have to eat during the day. Every 2 to 3 hours... eat a snack. I pack, mixed nuts, granola, fruit, beef jerky, yogurt. Thats the only way that works for ME anyways.

I dunno. I always use my HRM when I do Insanity. I try to eat back as much of my exercise calories back plus my allotted calories. I try to keep net calories at the max amount I can without going over. It has worked. Lost about15 inches all around. Best of luck to you.
