I have my three meals a day with a small snack in between meals also and then after supper at some point. I have also been told to break the fasting cycle after sleep, eat something to start your metabolism again.

I'm giving this a serious try. The only thing I find I need is someone to be accountable to on a regular basis. I'm determined this time though. I have a grandson to be healthy for :smiley:

I'm no expert..........but have noticed in the past if I ate more portein and less carbs.....it worked. Just a thought. Good luck:happy:

Good for you on the quitting smoking! I quit June 29th, 2008 and have been smoke free since! Not an easy journey but not as bad as I thought it would be. Keep it up :drinker:

Hi all. Ten months ago my husband and I quit smoking! :happy: The only problem is the 25 pounds I gained:cry: . I've not been able to lose any weight.....in fact it creeps on no matter what. A friend of mind told me about fitness pal..............so wish me luck!
