I eat some of my burned calories but if I would be really hungry I would eat all of them back no doubt about it!

I joined in March but have been dieting on my own for a year. I guess I wanted some company in this process...I love this program and the members rock...wish I had joined before!

I still crave chips, chocolate, cookies and I EAT them but never going over my calorie goal and if I do go over a little I don't lose sleep over it! Just so you know I eat Pringles low fat chips and Nips everyday...works for me lol

I joined MFP March 5th 2012 but have been dieting for a year now and my focus has always been calories...I am perfectly healthy so says my Dr so I guess it has worked for me. I wish you success.....you have made a wise choice taking control!

I skip breakfast and add tjhose calories to lunch...works for me!

To have success on this program it is a must to have a food journal. This will greatly help in knowing what you have eaten during the day and realize if you are going over calorie goal. I have done this and it really helps...keeps me in check....

Counting calories has gotten me 70lbs lighter...if that's not an indication that it works, I don't know what is! Count your calories do your workouts and see the results....betcha you'll be glad you did:smile:

I'm also a night snacker so I save calories to do just that! I have been on this weight loss journey for a year now and so far have lost 69 lbs and counting. My opinion is if you don't go over your daily allowance you should be fine....well at least it has worked for me. As a beginner you will have to try things to see…
