  • I am having issues as well. I do log driving over on the fitbit site to get rid of the steps and calories while I am driving. But the rest I log on MFP. When I add my activity in mfp it does not deduct from the fitbit calorie adjustment. Shouldn't it deduct? Am I doing something wrong?
  • If you forget, I would not worry about it. But, 3 grapes I would log. Jillian Michales suggest to log everything accept, lettuce, green beans, Kale, cucmbers.. there are a lot more. But the majority is green veggies. Also, carrots, corn, peas and any potato does not count as free. Hope this helps! :happy:

  • @ Alabasterverv - Veggies are so low carb they do not even count. Go crazy accept, potatoes, sweet potatoes, corn and peas. They are higher in sugar. You can have fruit but you need to count it in your carb intake and see it as a treat.
