I'm doing CLX and also running daily.

I'm going more for a look than a number. It's hard to say how I will look at a specific number. It really depends on body composition, muscle vs BF% etc. A lot of people would say you're 5'11, you'd look great at 155. I have been 152 and still had a lot of stomach fat and my BF% was still relatively high.

I take Energize by BeachBody or SuperNova by Nutrabolics. I find pre-workout helps me a lot to keep my energy up. I don't like coffee so that's never been an option for me :) Everyone is different though.

I love T25. Just go for it. I still modify some of the moves. As long as you're moving, you're burning calories.

I do what I love, so that I stay motivated. I love kickboxing. It's amazing and it has definitely helped to condition me. Obviously, this is coupled with a great diet.

just think about how terrible you'll feel after. Also, if you've been clean eating, eating junk right now could wreak havoc on your system & nobody wants that type of gut ache! :smile: Lastly, just remember that right now you're frustrated because you're not seeing results, but maintaining is better than gaining :smile:

Well, I started working out again 4 weeks ago (after an injury). I have "gained" 12lbs and i'm still holding it. It's lovely.

I have tried zumba LOL never again. I looked ridiculous trying to make the moves "sexy" LOL I have no sex appeal. I love to kickbox but I have more than once punched myself in the face.
